Partnership dumps San Diego office complex

The Shidler Group, in partnership with Angelo, Gordon & Co., has sold The Campus at Scripps Ranch in San Diego.

The value of the transaction was $12.8 million.

Horizon Christian Fellowship purchased the property from selling entity AGRRI Scripps LLC.

The two-building complex, which is located at 9850 Carroll Road, includes 78,352 square feet of office space on 9.5 acres. The single-story, 35,552-square-foot building was built in 1979 and underwent a major renovation in 2001; the adjacent two-story, 42,800-square-foot building was constructed in 1981. Both buildings have undergone improvements since being purchased by The Shidler Group two years ago.

Larry Jackel of CB Richard Ellis represented both sides in the transaction.
