Investor lands Texas apartment portfolio

Hendricks & Partners negotiated the sale of the Henry Portfolio, consisting of seven multifamily properties totaling 528 units in Corpus Christi, Texas.

The total value of the transaction was not disclosed.

A Corpus Christi-based entity sold the portfolio to a California investor.
