Kushner buys luxury high-rises
Expands New Jersey apartment portfolio

Kushner Cos. recently acquired the 525-unit Towers of Windsor Park, which comprises two 13-story luxury apartment buildings in Cherry Hill, N.J.
The transaction was valued at more than $45 million.
Built in the mid-1960s, the curved, white-faced buildings are located on Chapel Avenue and feature a kidney-shaped outdoor swimming pool, tennis court, ample parking, and 24-hour doorman service.
Robert Ploshnick and Joseph Brecher of Gebroe-Hammer Associates brokered the transaction.
Florham Park, N.J.-based Kushner Cos. is a diversified real estate organization.
