Las Vegas apartment portfolio sold
California investor makes purchase

Hendricks & Partners brokered the sale of two apartment complexes totaling 616 units in Las Vegas.
The total value of the transaction was $36 million.
The properties include Country Club at the Meadows, located at 5201 Meadows Lane, and Country Club at Valley View, located at 1400 S. Valley View Blvd.
Chicago-based Country Club at the Meadows Associates/Country Club at Valley View Associates sold the portfolio to Rancho Sante Fe, Calif.-based Meadows Las Vegas LLC/Valley View Las Vegas LLC.
