Marcus & Millichap arranges like-kind exchange

Marcus & Millichap brokered the sale of the 115,635-square-foot Cameron Court Office Park in West Covina, Calif.

The value of the transaction was $14.4 million.

The multi-tenant office property is located at 1501 W. Cameron Ave. and was constructed in 1982.

A Southern California investment group initiated a 1031 exchange to sell the property to an Arcadia, Calif.-based investment partnership

Encino, Calif.-based Marcus & Millichap is a commercial real estate brokerage.
