Phillips Edison bags shopping center
Adds Ohio mall to holdings

Phillips Edison & Co. acquired the Highpoint Village community shopping center in Bellefontaine, Ohio.
The value of the transaction was not disclosed.
Anchored by Kroger, Highpoint Village adds 176,502 square feet of new retail space to Phillips Edison's real estate portfolio. Phillips Edison now owns 82 retail properties nationwide.
Phillips Edison & Co. is a fully integrated real estate company that acquires, develops, redevelops, leases and manages retail properties.
