Heritage grows Mid-Atlantic holdings
Gains shopping center in Pennsylvania

Heritage Property Investment Trust purchased Colonial Commons Shopping Center, a 498,000-square-foot retail property located in Harrisburg, Pa.
The value of the transaction was approximately $63 million.
Colonial Commons is situated on approximately 37 acres and is located at the intersection of Route 22 and Devonshire Road.
The center was 93 percent leased at the time of sale with a tenant roster that includes Giant Food Stores, Dick's Sporting Goods, Linens & Things, Ross Dress for Less and Marshalls.
Boston-based Heritage is a fully integrated, self-administered and self-managed real estate investment trust.
