Lexington buys North Carolina warehouse
Property net leased to furniture maker

Sonnenblick-Goldman Co., on behalf of Lexin Capital, has arranged the sale of the 245,000-square-foot Steelcase Inc. facility in High Point, N.C.
The value of the transaction was not disclosed.
Lexington Corporate Properties Trust purchased the building, a warehouse/manufacturing facility that was a build to suit for Steelcase Inc. in 2002 for its Brayton International subsidiary. The building is leased to Steelcase under a long-term net lease agreement.
Steelcase is a manufacturer of office furniture and systems.
Lexington Corporate Properties Trust is a real estate investment trust that owns and manages office, industrial and retail properties.
New York-based Sonnenblick-Goldman Co. provides a full range of financial services, including debt and equity placements, joint ventures, investment sales and advisory services.
