Marcus & Millichap completes Florida office deal
Property set on 4-plus acres

Marcus & Millichap brokered the sale of the Fairfax Center II single-tenant office property in Fort Myers, Fla.
The value of the transaction was $9.8 million.
Fairfax Center II is located at 4310 Metro Parkway in the North Fort Myers office submarket. The property comprises 62,216 rentable square feet on approximately 4.5 acres. The building is triple-net leased to Hanson Building Materials of America Inc.
US Property Fund, GMBH & Co. KG sold the property to Naples, Fla.-based Deer Ridge Associates.
Encino, Calif.-based Marcus & Millichap is a commercial real estate brokerage.
