SoCal apartments sell to trust

Hendricks & Partners negotiated the sale of Shadowridge Meadows, a 184-unit apartment community in Vista, Calif.

The value of the transaction was $27.5 million.

The property is located at 1500 South Melrose Drive.

San Diego-based IGP X Shadow Ridge Meadows Ltd. sold the property to Mark Gosselin, trustee of the Mark Gosselin Trust Dated Oct. 31, 2001 of San Diego.
