Pacific Rim importer relocates space
Adds warehouse in Southern California

Mark Supply LLC, an importer/exporter of gift products from the Pacific Rim area, purchased a 148,000-square-foot distribution facility in Ontario, Calif.
The value of the transaction was $8.7 million.
Mark Zorn, executive vice president/principal in the Ontario office of GVA DAUM, reports that Mark Supply expects to begin occupancy of its new area headquarters, located on seven acres at 2041 Turner Ave., this month.
Zorn and Tal Siglar, also a vice president/principal of GVA DAUM in Ontario, represented Mark Supply. Colliers Seeley represented Hubbell Lighting, the seller and former occupant of the building.
Mark Supply distributes products that include gift items, scooters and mini sports bikes. The company was formerly located at 1721 Balboa St. in Ontario. Approximately 25 people will be employed at the new site.
GVA DAUM provides a full array of commercial real estate services throughout Southern California and Arizona.
