Hendricks & Partners brokered the sale of Laurel Bay, a 150-unit luxury apartment community in San Diego, Calif.

The value of the transaction was $56.6 million.

Simpson Laurel Bay LP sold the property, located at 2400 5th Ave., to Hammer Ventures.

Hendricks & Partners is a national advisory firm focused exclusively on the sale of multifamily properties.
