Software co. dumps Texas property

Representing the seller, Binswanger recently negotiated the sale of a 102,257-square-foot building with acreage in Grand Prairie, Texas.

The value of the transaction was not disclosed.

The property is located at 1010 Ave. J East.

RSR Group, a shooting sports distributor, purchased the property for expansion purposes.

The seller, The Reynolds and Reynolds Co., is a provider of software and services designed for the automotive industry. It sold this site due to consolidation.

Philadelphia-based Binswanger is an international, full-service real estate organization.
