College housing sells in Michigan

Hendricks & Partners arranged the sale of University Club at Howard, a 120-unit collegiate housing community in Kalamazoo, Mich.

The value of the transaction was $17.5 million.

The class A property totals 480 bedrooms and is located at 700 South Howard St.

Kalamazoo-based University Club at Howard LLC sold the community to a national TIC investor.
