NewBridge handles D.C. mall sale

NewBridge Retail Advisors recently served as advisor in the presale of Parkway Crossing East by Cypress Equities to National Real Estate Management Corp., a private investment group, in Woodbridge, Va.

The value of the transaction was not disclosed.

Parkway Crossing East is a 140,000-plus-square-foot community power center located in the Potomac Mills Mall corridor in Greater Washington, D.C. Located at the southwest corner of Interstate 95 and Prince William Parkway, the property includes such national tenants as Bed Bath & Beyond, Office Depot, Michael's, Babies R Us, and Starbucks.
