Retail outlet center sells in Georgia
Tenants include major clothing, shoe vendors

Marcus & Millichap arranged the sale of the 179,593-square-foot Tanger Outlet Center in Dalton, Ga.
The value of the transaction was $11.5 million.
North Carolina-based Tanger Factory Outlet Centers Inc. sold the property to Mimms Enterprises, an Atlanta-based private investment group.
The property is located along I-75 at Walnut Avenue. Built in 1987, the outlet center features Reebok, Oshkosh B'Gosh, Bon Worth, Dress Barn, IZOD, Nautica, Bass, and many other retailers.
Encino, Calif.-based Marcus & Millichap is a commercial real estate brokerage.
