Arizona apartments sold

Hendricks & Partners arranged the sale of Retreat at The Raven, a 192-unit apartment community in Phoenix, Ariz.

The value of the transaction was approximately $17.4 million.

The property is located at 3606 East Baseline Road and was built in 2001.

Phoenix-based The Retreat Multi-Family L.P. sold the community to Los Angeles-based Oasis Retreat L.P.
