Fitness equipment co. relocates SoCal operations

Precor, a fitness equipment company, has leased a 101,000-square-foot industrial facility in Valencia, Calif., after relocating from nearby Sun Valley.

The value of the transaction was not disclosed.

Van Nuys, Calif.-based Delphi Business Properties Inc. represented Precor in the relocation. Jim Ebanks of Realty Advisory Group represented landlord Bill Foreman.

The property, located at 28936 Avenue Williams, is a concrete tilt-up structure developed by Panattoni Development that also features 5,326 square feet of office space, 28-foot minimum interior clearance, dock-high and ground-level loading, and on-site parking for 180 cars.

Delphi Business Properties Inc. concentrates on the Southern California industrial real estate markets in the San Fernando Valley and surrounding areas, including Simi Valley, Conejo Valley and the Santa Clarita Valley.
