Brokerage sells Tierra Bonita in Arizona

Hendricks & Partners arranged the sale of Tierra Bonita, a 410-unit apartment community in Tucson, Ariz.

The value of the transaction was approximately $11.8 million.

The property is located at 175 West Valencia Road.

Murray, Utah-based Bridge Partners sold the community to Tierra Bonita Apartments LLC of Mt. Vernon, Wash.

Hendricks & Partners is a national advisory firm focused exclusively on the sale of multifamily properties.
