Distributor renews New Jersey lease
Firm has occupied space since late 1980s

Road-Con, a warehousing and distribution center, signed a multi-year lease agreement renewal with landlord Kushner Cos. for 151,700 square feet of space in Fair Lawn, N.J.
The value of the transaction was not disclosed.
Road-Con, a family-owned firm, has been at the 19-05 Nevins Road location for 15 years.
The property was recently re-roofed.
Florham Park, N.J.-based Kushner Cos. is a real estate organization specializing in multifamily, office, industrial and retail space.
