Multibuilding apartment complex sold
Southern California property dates back 3 decades

Charles Dunn Co. negotiated the sale of a 12-building, 338-unit apartment complex in San Diego.
The value of the transaction was $31.5 million.
The property, known as The Forest Park Apartments, is located at 1210, 1250, 1306 and 1430 Petree St. It was built in the early 1970s.
California-based Petree Companies II & III sold the property to EC Phoenix Associates L.L.C.
Charles Dunn Co. is a full-service brokerage and property management firm operating on the West Coast.
