Advice for the Rookie Realtor

Re: 'Rookie Realtor makes minimum wage' (Oct. 20)

Dear Rookie:

This complainer will always be a low-producer with his attitude. My first-year guys make over $100,000. I made $360,000 my first year and $670,000 my second year.
