Boeing Corp. acquires Houston digs

Trizec Properties sold a 399,000-square-foot office building in Houston, Texas.

The value of the transaction was $42 million.

Boeing Corp., the building's primary tenant, purchased the property.

The six-story, class A property, located at 3700 Bay Area Blvd., was completed in 1986. Trizec had acquired the property in 1998.

Chicago-based Trizec Properties Inc. is a real estate investment trust.
