Furniture maker inks lease in California
Gains more than 300,000 square feet

Alabama-based Standard Furniture has signed a five-year lease agreement to occupy 325,650 square feet in a master planned industrial center in the City of Industry, Calif.
The value of the transaction was $8 million.
The property, currently under development by Majestic Realty,
Standard Furniture will relocate its Western U.S. warehouse and distribution center of the past five years from a smaller facility at 2500 Pellissier Place in the City of Industry to the class A, 775,000-square-foot warehouse building located at 108 Mayo Avenue in Majestic Realty's Grand Crossing industrial center.
Founded in 1946, Standard Furniture manufactures bedroom, dining and occasional furniture including a line under the Kathy Ireland brand for sale through department stores and independent retailers throughout the United States.
Cushman & Wakefield represented the furniture manufacturer in the transaction.
