Multifamily community trades hands in Washington

Hendricks & Partners negotiated the sale of Overlook at Lakemont, a 400-unit multifamily complex in Bellevue, Wash.

The value of the transaction was not disclosed.

The property is located at 5305 Lakemont Blvd. SE. 

Tiburon, Calif.-based Concierge Asset Management sold the property to Ameriton Properties Inc. of Englewood, Colo.
