East Coast entity sells desert apartments

Hendricks & Partners brokered the sale of Latigo at Silverado Ranch, a 400-unit apartment community in Las Vegas, Nev.

The value of the transaction was $35.6 million.

The property is located at 2300 Silverado Ranch Blvd.

Bridgewater, Mass.-based Claremont Latigo LLC sold the property to Latigo at Silverado LLC.
