Flooring co. signs warehouse lease

NAI Hiffman negotiated the lease agreement of a 444,171-square-foot warehouse in Romeoville, Ill.

The value of the transaction was not disclosed.

The property, located at 1075 West Taylor Road, is situated within the Pinnacle Business Center. The building includes 30,000 square feet of office space and has a 30-foot-clear ceiling height.

The owner, real estate developer The Pizzuti Cos., inked a long-term lease agreement with Florstar Sales, a commercial flooring distributor.

NAI represented the tenant in this transaction, while CB Richard Ellis represented the owner.

Chicago-based NAI Hiffman is a commercial real estate firm.
