Grocery wholesaler dumps warehouse

Binswanger/CBB recently negotiated the sale of a 371,363-square-foot building in Superior, Wis.

The value of the transaction was not disclosed.

The property is located at 1101 Susquehanna Ave. on 55.5 acres

AMSOIL, a leader in synthetic lubricants and automotive products, purchased the property from C&S Wholesale Grocers Inc., which provides distribution services to retailers nationwide.

Philadelphia-based Binswanger/CBB is an international, full-service real estate organization.
