Inland Western purchases Dallas shopping center
Grocer anchors property

Inland Western Retail Real Estate Trust purchased the 148,806-square-foot Lincoln Park retail center in Dallas, Texas.
The value of the transaction was not disclosed.
Lincoln Park, which sits on 1.2 acres, marks Inland Western's debut in the city of Dallas.
A 50,000-square-foot Tom Thumb grocery store anchors the property, which also features Barnes & Noble, The Container Store, Cheesecake Factory, T-Mobile and several local retailers.
North Lincpark Ltd. sold the property.
Oak Brook, Ill.-based Inland Western is part of The Inland Real Estate Group of Cos. Inc., a national real estate conglomerate.
