Business park scores last two buyers

Voit Development Co. has sold the last two buildings at Voit Brea Business Park, a 532,000-square-foot, 18-building industrial park located in Brea, Calif. The project is now completely sold.

Lanny Electronics has acquired the second to last building, a 27,734-square-foot industrial building located at 760 Challenger in Brea for $2.5 million.

Frank Adler of Lee & Associates represented the buyer in the first transaction.

In a separate transaction, Western Switches and Controls, one of the larger minority-owned companies in Orange County, has acquired the last building at Voit Brea Business Park, a 24,439-square-foot industrial building for $2.5 million.

Voit Commercial Brokerage, a member of CORFAC International, is a full-service brokerage firm that specializes in the sales and leasing of office, industrial and retail properties, in addition to investment property sales.
