Minuteman Village acquired in Massachusetts

CB Richard Ellis/Whittier Partners brokered the sale of Minuteman Village Apartments, a 42-unit apartment community in Lexington, Mass.
The value of the transaction was $10.2 million.
An affiliate of The Hamilton Co. purchased the property from Minuteman Associates.
Minuteman Village Apartments is a residential community that was built beginning in 1976. The property consists of four three-story garden-style apartment buildings. Minuteman Village Apartments contains a mix of one-bedroom and two-bedroom/two-bath units with an average unit size of 1,174 square feet. The community amenities include washer/dryer hook-ups in all two bedroom units, central air conditioning in all units, a tennis court, garage parking and surface parking.
