Phillips Edison expands in Pennsylvania
Buys retail center east of Pittsburgh

Phillips Edison & Co. acquired Edgewood Town Center, a 339,791-square-foot shopping center in Edgewood, Pa.
The value of the transaction was not disclosed.
This transaction marks the company's 81st neighborhood shopping center purchase and its first in Pennsylvania.
The property is anchored by a Giant Eagle grocery store, Kmart and A.J. Wright.
Phillips Edison & Co. is a fully integrated real estate company that acquires, develops, redevelops, leases and manages its retail real estate portfolio.
