Orange County business park sells final 4 buildings
Tenants include local educational institutions

Voit Commercial Brokerage has sold the remaining four office buildings in the Crescent Corporate Center in Anaheim, Calif.
The total value of the transactions was approximately $19.6 million.
Crescent Corporate Center is located at 1900 Crescent Avenue A-E.
Anaheim Union High School District has acquired a 39,747-square-foot office building located at 525 N. Muller St. for $6.5 million. The property is located one block from its main district office. It plans to use the property for future expansion.
O'Donnell Venture has acquired a 49,536-square-foot office building located at 1950-1964 W. Corporate Way for $5 million.
North Orange Regional Occupational Program Board has acquired a 37,286-square-foot office building located at 1920 Corporate Way/475 Muller for $4.5 million.
North Orange Regional Occupational Program Board is an accredited career-technical training program for high school students and adults. The organization will use the office building for administrative purposes and to provide more classes for its students.
In the final transaction, Rethwisch Enterprises LLC acquired a 30,827-square-foot office building located at 1980-2000 W. Corporate Way for $3.7 million.
