SharperLending has expanded its automated loan compliance offerings through a strategic alliance with ComplianceEase, whose Web-based compliance system will be integrated with the SharperLending platform.
ComplianceEase's CA is a decisioning system that automates regulatory compliance processes, with particular focus on federal, state, local and municipal high-cost and anti-predatory lending regulations. Additionally, CA aims to ensure that GSE, Truth in Lending (TIL), RESPA and HOEPA requirements are met during origination. The rules-based engine interfaces with the SharpLending platform to provide real-time loan summary reports and detailed analyses within minutes to lenders at the point-of-sale.
The SharperLending platform has multi-user collaboration, data gathering, application processing and decisioning capabilities, as well as the functionality to bundle all closing services together at a single point of entry.
San Francisco-based ComplianceEase provides business solutions to the financial services industry.
Spokane, Wash.-based SharperLending LLC provides lenders a Web-based platform that orders, stores and manages mortgage products from multiple vendors at a single point of entry.
