Family trust dumps massive apartment complex

Hendricks & Partners negotiated the sale of Castle Point/Park Jefferson, a 1,498-unit apartment community in South Bend, Ind.

The value of the transaction was $52.5 million.

The property is located at 18011 Cleveland Road/3001 E. Jefferson Blvd.

A family trust sold the property to an Indianapolis-based owner.
