Strip mall changes hands in South Carolina

NewBridge Retail Advisors represented the seller in the disposition of Azalea Square in Summerville, S.C.

The value of the transaction was not disclosed.

Azalea Square is a 395,156-square-foot retail center occupied by SuperTarget, Kohl's, Ross Dress For Less, TJ Maxx, Linens 'N' Things, PETsMART, Cost Plus, Pier 1 Imports, Shoe Carnival, Dress Barn, and Hibbett Sporting Goods. The property is located on approximately 54 acres at the intersection of U.S. 17-A and Interstate 26.

Silver Oak Associates LP sold the property to Inland Real Estate Acquisitions Inc.

NewBridge Retail Advisors Inc. provides real estate services to retail asset owners and investors.
