Ventura County apartments sold

Marcus & Millichap negotiated the sale of the Camarillo Apartments in Camarillo, Calif.

The value of the transaction was $35.5 million.

The property, whose unit count was not disclosed, is located at 390 Paseo Camarillo.

A Southern California entity sold the property to Glendale, Calif.-based American Realty Advisors.

Encino, Calif.-based Marcus & Millichap is a commercial real estate brokerage.
