Coldwell real estate brokerage grows in Colorado

Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Denver, Colo., this week announced the acquisition of T.J. Professionals Inc. in Lakewood, Colo., which does business as Century 21 Professionals. The 60-associate firm will now operate under the banner of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage.

Chris Mygatt will continue in his role as president and chief operating officer for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Denver. Carlin and Susan Joslyn, owners of Century 21 Professionals, will be joining Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Denver as managing consultants.

Century 21 Professional's 60 sales associates accounted for more than $124 million in total closed sales volume over the last 12 months, according to a press statement.

On a combined basis, Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Colorado now has 21 offices and 2,079 sales associates in the state of Colorado.

Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Colorado is a member of the NRT family of companies, one of the nation's largest residential real estate brokerage conglomerates. NRT is a subsidiary of Cendant Corp.
