RealtyTrac, an online foreclosure property service, has entered the online lead generation space with the launch of its RealtyTrac Agent Network. The service offers exclusive home buyer and seller leads as well as sales and marketing support services to qualified real estate agents.
The RealtyTrac Agent Network allows its members to claim exclusive territories, and to preview and purchase pre-qualified leads from interested home buyers and sellers who subscribe to the RealtyTrac site.
In addition, the service includes an offer management system, online advertising, a lead management process, and the ability to list agents' properties on RealtyTrac.
RealtyTrac pre-screens agents before accepting them as members of the network in order to maintain a high level of customer service.
In other news, RealtyTrac announced the appointment of Steve Cranston as vice president of real estate services. Cranston formerly ran the sales operations at Homestore and Realtor.com, the home listings Web site affiliated with the National Association of Realtors.
RealtyTrac is the exclusive foreclosure data provider to AOL Real Estate, HomeGain, MSN House & Home and Yahoo! Real Estate. HomeGain founder Bradley Inman is also the founder and publisher of Inman News.
