Voit seals three lease agreements

Voit Commercial Brokerage, a member of CORFAC International, has completed three lease transactions in Orange County, Calif., valued at approximately $6.7 million.

In the first transaction, Choicepoint, which provides identification and credential verification services, has signed a five-year lease agreement for a 33,001-square-foot, class A office building. The agreement is valued at $3.4 million. The building is located at 3075 East Imperial Highway in Brea, Calif.

In the second transaction, Crystal Cathedral Ministries signed a five-year lease agreement for a 42,918-square-foot industrial building located at 324 West Blueridge in Orange, Calif., for $2 million. Crystal Cathedral Ministries plans to use the facility for CD and bulk distribution.

In the third transaction, Las Vegas Tile, a tile distribution company, has signed a five-year lease agreement for a 34,494-square-foot industrial building located at 1190 Stanford Court in Anaheim, Calif., for $1.3 million.
