Kentucky apartment complex changes hands

Hendricks & Partners completed the sale of a 355-unit apartment community in Louisville, Ky.

The value of the transaction was $20.1 million.

The property, Jamestown of St. Matthews, is located at 900 Milford Lane.

Highlands Ranch, Colo.-based Jamestown of St. Matthews Limited Partnership sold the property to Nashville, Tenn.-based Jamestown Partners LLC.
