Entertainment co. renews East Coast lease

Feld Entertainment, the parent company of Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey, Disney On Ice, and Disney Live!, has renewed its 114,511-square-foot warehouse lease in Jessup, Md.

The value of the transaction was not disclosed.

In addition to renewing, Feld Entertainment expanded operations at the warehouse, located at 8230 Sandy Court, to assume occupancy of the entire building through Sept. 30, 2009.

The Jessup warehouse serves as the U.S. distribution facility for all Feld Entertainment concession activities, including receiving oversees shipments and distributing materials and products throughout the country for use in conjunction with Feld Entertainment productions. 

Studley, a commercial real estate services company, represented Feld Entertainment in the transaction. KLMB Inc. represented the property landlord, AMB.
