New software enhances real estate lead capture
WebCubic 4.0 lets Realtors create customizable forms
By Inman News, Monday, January 24, 2005.WebCubic Inc., a provider of Internet software and tools for the real estate industry, on Thursday announced that its new WebCubic 4.0 software will be available in February.
WebCubic 4.0 offers a FormCreator, which allows the Web site owner to create specialized forms to capture contact information about visitors. Forms will be available from a ready-to-use library or can be uniquely designed by the user.
An additional new feature enables WebCubic 4.0 to automatically save the prospect's contact information in a prospect database. Accessible via the administration function, the prospect database can also be updated by the Web site owner. New prospect information can even be entered manually.
The company also announced a small price increase for Web site hosting. WebCubic explained that this is the first price increase since the Web site product's introduction. Honoring a promise to existing clients, WebCubic also said that existing users would be upgraded to the new release without any price increase.
