Private investor bags San Francisco office property
Mid-rise property 40% vacant at closing
By Inman News, Monday, January 10, 2005.Grubb & Ellis Co. announced that Swig Burris Equities, a New York-based private investor, recently purchased a 131,462-square-foot office building in San Francisco, Calif.
The transaction was valued at $28 million.
The 16-story building, which was built in 1967, is located at 450 Sansome St. The property was 60 percent leased at the time of sale.
The seller was GMACCM.
Grubb & Ellis represented the seller in the transaction. The buyer represented itself.
