New England shopping center changes hands

Spaulding & Slye Colliers negotiated the sale of The Shops at Ledgebrook, a 15.5-acre shopping center in Winsted, Conn.

The value of the transaction was approximately $16.9 million.

The Shops at Ledgebrook is located on Interstate 44. Retail tenants at the time of sale included Stop & Shop, Rite-Aid Drugstores and Blockbuster Video.

Ledgebrook LLC sold the property to Second St. Marks LLC.
