Sotheby's grows real estate franchise in Florida

Sotheby's International Realty Affiliates Inc. today announced that it has entered into a franchise agreement with SOL LLC, a new real estate firm that will specialize in luxury properties in the Miami-Dade County market of Florida.

The company will do business as SOL Sotheby's International Realty.

SOL Sotheby's International Realty will specialize in select, mainly waterfront enclaves throughout all of Miami-Dade County, such as Indian Creek, Gables Estates, Tahiti Beach, Star Island, Palm, Hibiscus, Golden Beach, Bal Harbour, Brickell, Coconut Grove and others.

The new company, located at 1548 Brickell Ave. in a historic 1926 colonial mansion, will be independently owned and operated by founders Carlos Justo and Irving Padron, who have several decades of experience in real estate and development.

Sotheby's International Realty Inc. is comprised of a real estate brokerage operation and a franchise/affiliate system of independently owned and operated real estate companies.
