TA Associates buys Mission Center Office Park

Grubb & Ellis Co. negotiated the sale of a 180,730-square-foot office park in San Diego, Calif.

The transaction was valued at $27.5 million.

Mission Center Office Park comprises three 3-story buildings located at 5333 and 5353 Mission Center Road and 7947 Mission Center Court. The property was built in 1974.

The asset was 82 percent leased at the time of sale.

Brentwood, Calif.-based Mission Center Office Court LLC sold the property to TA Associates Realty, a Boston-based pension fund advisor.
