Greentree Place sells to joint venture
Property comprises 250-plus units
By Inman News, Friday, January 7, 2005.Hendricks & Partners negotiated the sale of Greentree Place, a 256-unit apartment community in Chandler, Ariz.
The value of the transaction was $13.7 million.
The property, located at 250 South Elizabeth Circle, was built in 1987. All units contain washer/dryer hook-ups.
San Mateo, Calif.-based Greentree Place Investors LLC sold the property to AIH Management LLC, Golden Phoenix LLC and Lexi Management of Irvine, Calif.
Hendricks & Partners is a national advisory firm focused exclusively on the sale of multifamily properties.
