Mack-Cali increases East Coast holdings

Mack-Cali Realty Corp. recently acquired three office buildings totaling 279,811 square feet in Parsippany, N.J.

The buildings were purchased from The Gale Company for approximately $30.8 million.

Located at 4, 5 and 6 Century Drive, adjacent to Mack-Cali Business Campus, the buildings were 46.2 percent at the time of sale to 13 tenants. Tenants include U.S. Fire Insurance, Diagnostica Stago, and Simon & Schuster Inc.

Mack-Cali Realty Corp. is a self-administered real estate investment trust.
