Real estate developer leases Georgia building
Tenant specializes in logistics
By Inman News, Friday, January 14, 2005.Binswanger/CBB negotiated a long-term lease agreement for 115,600 square feet of space in Lithia Springs, Ga.
The value of the transaction was not disclosed.
The lessee, AtomicBox Logistics, based in Aurora, Ohio, is a national third-party logistics (3PL) provider, specializing in warehousing, fulfillment, cross-dock/consolidation, and transportation management.
The lessor, IDI, is a national, full-service industrial real estate developer based in Atlanta.
Philadelphia-based Binswanger/CBB is an international, full-service real estate organization.
